Currently based in Jersey City, NJ, Parks is gaining national and European momentum for his gnarly fingerpicked tremolo electric guitar and raspy vocals that pay tribute to his native Jacksonville, Florida. At 55, writer of theme songs for HBO, Discovery Channel and film, Walter Parks has played The Glastonbury Festival in the UK, Carnegie Hall and Madison Square Garden.
